According to The Times of India, the observational study found that Measles Containing Vaccines (MCVs), which are composed of India’s normal immunization program, had an 87.5 percent efficacy against the SARS-CoV-2 virus, which causes COVID infection.
According to researchers at BJ Medical College in Pune, a measles vaccination might help limit the transmission of COVID-19 in youngsters by up to 87.5 percent. According to the study, children under the age of 18 who received the vaccination had fewer symptoms than those who did not.
