To assist the Centre’s mass vaccination effort, domestic carrier IndiGo has launched a special discount of up to 10% off the basic ticket for customers who have received either one or both doses of COVID-19 vaccinations. The program will go into force on June 23. IndiGo launched the plan two days after the federal government revealed the start of the Free Vaccination for All campaign.
Passengers wishing to receive a ticket discount must have their immunization certificate with them and present it at the airport check-in office as well as the boarding gate.
