Suriya Sivakumar, an actor, has reached out to students who are worried about taking the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET), a necessary entrance exam for medical school admission.
The actor recounted his own “shameful low grades in exams” in a 1.54-minute Tamil video in which he made an emotive appeal to students not to terminate their lives. The actor’s plea comes after three students committed themselves in the last week due to their dread of failing the entrance exam.
