According to a Source, Ashraf Ghani’s Brother may have Committed Assistance to the Taliban

Hashmat Ghani, the brother of former Afghan President Ashraf Ghani, is said to have pledged allegiance to the Taliban in a video that has leaked. According to reports, Taliban religious scholar Mufti Mahmood Zakir distributed the video. When Hashmat Ghani supposedly joined the Taliban, maybe Taliban leader Khalil-ur-Rehman was there.

Hashmat is the Grand Council of Kuchis’ chief, as well as the chairman of the Kabul-based Ghani Group. Ashraf Ghani’s economic empire is dispersed throughout the United Arab Emirates, where he sought safety after fleeing Kabul. Hashmat Ghani is also thought to be the vice president of his son Sultan Ghani’s American security and reconstruction firm.
