In the wake of the reduction of COVID-19 cases across the country, the Government of Karnataka agreed on Saturday 19 June to further alleviate the limitations relating to coronavirus. Although restraint in some areas is relaxed by Karnataka’s government, lock-down circumstances in 13 districts remain to be in place and the number of COVID-19 cases still is quite high.
The Government of Karnataka has also declared the continuation of the night curfew throughout the state from 7 pm to 5 am until further notice.
Stores can remain open till 5 pm and restaurants allowed to operate till 5 pm with 50% capacity. Restrictions still on cinema halls, swimming pools, and religious places.
