The government has issued new guidelines for children of 5 and under. Alongside WHO also released their new guidelines for the children.
Usually, the use of masks would not have been needed for youngsters under and aged 5. This advice is based on the safety and general interest of the kid and the ability to utilize a mask with little support properly.
Local conditions may be applicable to children 5 years old and younger wearing masks, or in certain environments, such as being close to someone who is diseased. When the kid wears a mask, the parent or other adult should be in direct view to monitor the safe usage of the mask.
