The central government has become active to end the peasant movement.  Buta Singh, president of the Bharatiya Kisan Union (Dakonda), has claimed that Home Minister Amit Shah has spoken to him on Monday afternoon.  It is claimed that Amit Shah has given assurance of official talks and said to give the letter.
Buta Singh reached the border border on Monday afternoon, where he said this.  According to Buta Singh, Amit Shah called around 12.30 pm and asked about the conversation.  However, the farmer leader refused to accept the condition of being a victim.
Amit Shah has agreed to talk on this issue yet again and has said that he will send a letter for talks by evening, in which tomorrow there is expected to be officially talks between farmers and the government.
