The main event will be held in the presence of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. During the programme, Home Minister Amit Shah will also inaugurate the One District One Dish initiative. As part of this initiative, special traditional dishes from every district of the state will be displayed at the venue.

After the event, Amit Shah is expected to reach the Bharatiya Janata Party’s state headquarters around 3 pm, where he will interact with party workers.

This year’s Uttar Pradesh Gaurav Samman recipients include astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla, poet Dr Hari Om Panwar, entrepreneur Alakh Pandey for self-reliance and entrepreneurship, Rashmi Arya for innovation in education, and agricultural scientist Dr Sudhanshu Singh. Each awardee will receive a cash prize of ₹11 lakh, along with a citation and ceremonial shawl.

Tourism and Culture Minister Jaiveer Singh stated that the celebrations are being organised under the theme Developed India, Developed Uttar Pradesh. Through this event, the state’s vibrant folk traditions, performing arts and world-famous tourist destinations will be presented on a single platform. The cultural heritage linked to all tourism circuits of the state, including Buddhist, Jain, Ramayana and Mahabharata circuits, will be showcased.

Meanwhile, speaking on the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that Netaji remains a symbol of supreme respect for every Indian. He added that Netaji’s life inspires unwavering determination and courage to stand firm against anti-national forces even in adverse circumstances, evoking deep respect and patriotism in the hearts of citizens.
