He made the comments during a video speech at the Gujarat Investor Summit. The summit’s goal is to attract funding for the construction of automobile scrapping infrastructure. He stated that this measure will greatly benefit our middle class. On the scrapping of obsolete autos, a certificate will be granted. It will ensure that these folks receive a discount on new cars as well as tax benefits.
