The government of Karnataka has made it mandatory for railway passengers travelling from the Maharshtra state to have a COVID-19 negative certification of the RT-PCR, no later than 72 hours or immunisation certificate for at least one dose of COVID-19. Meanwhile, Chief Minister of Karnataka B S Yediyurappa stated on Tuesday that state COVID simplifications will be considered and declared after July 5 with expert members and cabinet members.
Karnataka recorded 3.450 new COVID cases, 5.933 discharge and 93 fatalities on Tuesday, according to the Ministry of Health of the Union.
