Kanpur: Colonel accused of raping friend’s Russian wife, FIR registered

A surprising case has come to light in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.  A colonel posted in the Central Ordinance Department (COD) has been accused of raping his friend’s Russian wife.  An FIR has been registered in this case and efforts are on to arrest the accused.
 His friend has accused a colonel posted in Kanpur.  According to the complaint lodged with the police, the colonel called him and his wife at his official bungalow.  After which he mixed some alcohol, which made him unconscious.  And taking advantage of this, the colonel raped his wife.
 Now in this case, the police has given a statement that according to the charge, an FIR has been registered.  Medical examination of the woman is going on.  Also, efforts are being made to arrest the colonel who is accused.
 According to SP Kanpur City Rajkumar Aggarwal, a team has been formed to investigate the matter, which is engaged in its work.  According to the FIR, the incident took place around 9 pm on the 10th.
