According to the University of Delhi’s June 2020-June 2021 report, 95% of students took the June 2021 open book examinations (OBE), which is roughly 5% more than last year. According to the study, 2.9 lakh pupils took the first OBE test in August 2020, and 1.7 lakh students took the examinations in December 2020. The university campus was shut for physical teaching and learning activities due to COVID-19. Internal assessments and tests were also performed online for the first time, according to the statement.
For the first time, graduates were given digital temporary certificates and digital degrees, permitting their study or seek for jobs, according to the institution. As per the report, over 21,000 provisional digital certificates and 3,900 digital degrees were awarded.
