PM Modi dedicates many projects to the nation in Tamil NaduPrime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday dedicated several projects in the oil and gas sector in Tamil Nadu to the nation. Along with this, PM Modi also laid the foundation stone for many projects. Under this, PM Modi dedicated the Ramanathapuram-Tutukudi Natural Gas Project and the Gasoline Fragmentation of Manali-based Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited (Deodorizing fossil fuels to reduce pollution) to the nation. After this, PM Modi also laid the foundation stone of Cauvery Basin Refinery at Nagapattinam. After laying the foundation stone, PM Modi addressed it through video conferencing and said that India is working to meet the growing demand for energy. India is also reducing its dependence on energy imports. We are diversifying our import sources. He said that I do not want to blame anyone, but if this work was done earlier, then the middle class people of the country would not be burdened. He said that in the year 2019-20 we were fourth in the world in refining capacity. Around 65.2 million tonnes of petroleum products were exported. Today, India’s gas and oil companies are operating in 27 countries, in which an investment of Rs 2 lakh crore has been made. India is now focusing on ethanol to help farmers and consumers. We are urging all people to become leaders in the field of solar energy and encourage public transport to make people’s lives useful and easy.
