The Press Information Bureau of the Government of India has shared the list of blood clot symptoms within the first 20 days of vaccination via Twitter.
The advisory was issued by the Ministry of Health for all the healthcare workers and Vaccine beneficiaries to be aware of suspected blood clot symptoms occurring within the first 20 days of receiving the Covid-19 vaccinations. Covishield was particularly mentioned in the tweet.
The symptoms include breathlessness, chest pain, bruised skin or red spots, seizures despite the absence in previous medical history, abdominal pain, vomiting, blurred vision or pain in the eye, change in mental health, paralysis, weakness, pressing limbs, or any other symptom of health condition which is of concern.

It was also noted that India has 26 potential cases of bleeding or clotting after the Covishield Vaccine and none for Covaxin. This is a very minuscule but definitive risk of thromboembolic events after being vaccinated according to the data.
