Help from Germany reaches Srinagar, Today

Amid the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic, while India is among one of the worst-hit nations and there is an acute shortage of resources, and help came into Srinagar from Germany. 7 oxygen plants from Munich reach Srinagar. 

Lieutenant general of the territory, Manoj Sinha thanked Mr. Narendra Modi for his intervention via Twitter. 

New oxygen plants including 5 of 1000 LPM,1 of 1500 LPM, and 1 of 600 LPM capacity will further add 7100 LPM to the existing availability. “This will hugely augment oxygen supply to the UT health infrastructure”Manoj Sinha further added.

As per the records of the Union Health Ministry, Jammu and Kashmir currently have 51,623 active cases with a total of 1, 89, 836 recoveries and 3,149 deaths so far. This new arrival might speed up the recoveries in Jammu and Kashmir.
