On Wednesday 80 lakh people registered on Co-WIN

The third phase of corona vaccination will start from May 1, under which people over 18 years of age will be vaccinated. 

 Registration on the Co-WIN digital platform for vaccination began on Wednesday.  According to the information received, on the first day, on Wednesday, about 80 lakh people got registered.

  On behalf of the government said that on the first day, the Co-WIN app worked without any problems and on the opening day, a large number of eligible people registered a large number of names.

  According to the information received, on the first day, on Wednesday, about 80 lakh people got registered.  On behalf of the government said that on the first day, the Co-WIN app worked without any problems and on the opening day, a large number of eligible people registered a large number of names.  In the first three hours (till 7 pm), the app got 383 million hits. 

As soon as registration started on social media, there were reports of a system crash on the covin app.

 Registration on the Co-WIN digital platform for vaccination began on Wednesday.  According to the information received, on the first day, on Wednesday, about 80 lakh people got registered. 

On behalf of the government said that on the first day, the Co-WIN app worked without any problem.  However, after the registration started at 4 pm on Wednesday, people had to face trouble.


 On behalf of the Central Government’s Corona Contact Tracing App Aarogya Setu, the tweet said, ‘Cowin portal is working.  There was a slight malfunction in the evening which has been fixed.  People over 18 years of age can register on it.
 

Meanwhile, sources associated with the government have said about the ‘Cowin’ platform that we are getting about 27 lakh hits every minute.  People from 18 years to 44 years were to be given appointments for vaccination at private and state government vaccination centers.


 For Vaccine Nationwide Phase III, the government has allowed all citizens over the age of 18 to be vaccinated from May 1, before that, only health care workers, frontline workers and people over 45 years of age are vaccinated. 


 The minimum age for vaccination is shown at each vaccination center.  Appointment slots are available at the vaccination center in front of which 18+ is written.
