The administration has decided to impose night curfew from tomorrow in the state capital Lucknow amid increasing cases of corona infection. Lucknow Police Commissioner DK Thakur told that a night curfew will be imposed from Thursday. Its time will be from 9 am to 6 am. For the present, the night curfew will be from 8 April to 16 April.
Meanwhile, the District and Sessions Court has been closed for the next two days in view of the covid-19 contamination of some personnel of Lucknow Court and the rapid increase in the cases of this infection in the state.
According to official sources, the District Judge in-charge has closed the District and Sessions Court for the next two days. Now the court will open on 12 April. During these two days, instructions have been given to sanitize the entire court premises.
Earlier on April 5, samples of the employees of the District Court were sent for examination. Two of these employees were found infected in the antigen test, while their RT-PCR test report could not be found today.
On the other hand, in the last 24 hours in Uttar Pradesh, 40 more people died of covid-19 and this infection was confirmed in 6023 new patients.
According to the report released by the Health Department on Wednesday, the number of people who died due to this virus has increased to 8964 in the state with the death of 40 more covid-19 infected people in the state during the last 24 hours.
