In light of the increasing number of coronavirus infections, the Maharashtra government declared the Satara district complete lockdown on Tuesday (July 6), with the district remaining closed till July 11.
According to the official order, fourth-level limitations have been placed in the district, and only services classified as vital are excluded; everything else will stay closed for the next eight days.
According to the official decree, the limitations will be in effect from Monday through Friday. During the weekend – Saturday and Sunday – the district will remain under total curfew.
Grocery stores, vegetable shops, fruit vendors, dairy, bakery, mutton, chicken, egg, fish shops, cold storage, and warehouses will be permitted.
