Legendary Actor Dilip Kumar’s treatment continues in Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai
After the actor complained of breathlessness, he was admitted in the Hinduja Hospital, Mumbai, this morning.
The actor was hospitalized last month as well for his regular health check-up and was discharged after 2 days.
Dilip Kumar’s manager shared a tweet that read “Dilip Sahab has been admitted to non – Covid PD Hinduja Hospital Khar for routine tests and investigations. He’s had episodes of breathlessness. A team of healthcare workers led by Dr.Nitin Gokhale is attending to him.

Before lockdown, actor Dilip Kumar told that he and his wife Saira Banu were under complete isolation and quarantine as a precautionary measure against Coronavirus. In another post he requested his fans to “stay indoors as much as possible.” His wife also shared a post in which she said “Sab kuch theek hai, allah ka shukr hai, aap sb ki Dua hai.”
The actor is currently under the care of a team of senior doctors at the hospital. They are closely monitoring the situation. The doctor told , “Mr.Dilip Kumar has been put on oxygen support. He has been diagnosed with bilateral pleural effusion along with a drop in oxygen saturation.” He further added “But he is stable and not in the ICU. If all goes well, he may be discharged in 2 – 3 days.”
