“Jadeja had his first outing in Southampton ahead of WTC final”

Ravindra Jadeja was allowed to train at the Ageas Bowl in the Southampton on Sunday, he updated his fans through social media.

Team India reached England on Thursday and headed into a three day quarantine in Southampton.

Ravindra Jadeja had  his first outdoor training session at Ageas Bowl while his teammates continue to isolate in their hotel rooms.

The Ageas Bowl will be hosting the WTC final between New Zealand and India. Both the teams will challenge each other  in the WTC, beginning June 18, in Southampton, while the women’s cricket team will begin the England tour with a one-off Test from June 16.

Jadeja posted a series of pictures from his first outdoor training session on Sunday.

“First outing in Southampton

#feelthevibe #india,”Jadeja tweeted while sharing pictures from the training session

Prior to departing for England, Ravi Shashtri had said that going ahead , ICC should look to make the final of the WTC a best-of-three contest and it could be played like a three- match series. Meanwhile New Zealand team is already in the UK and have begun their test series against England.
