Recently , juhi chawla , actress-environmental posted about the ill effects of 5G and its effects on various living beings.
Her petition states that if the telecommunications industry’s plans for 5G come to fruition , no person , no animal, no bird , no insect and no plant on Earth will be able to avoid exposure 24 hours a day. She says theRF radiation due to RF is 10x to 100x times greater than what exists today. The court has termed the lawsuit as “defective” and said it was filed for “media publicity”.
On the direction of justice JR Midha , who was hearing the case in a virtual meeting on wednesday. Later , pronounced the judgement of Rs.20 lakh fine as a lot of issue and dispersion was caused during the virtual argument.
