Habibganj Shatabdi Halt to end in Lalitpur, Railways will save 12 minutes

Indian Railways is planning to reduce the halt of some trains where passenger numbers are less. The Shatabdi Express running between Habibganj to New Delhi is one of those trains. According to the railway, Lalitpur halt of the Shatabdi Express coming from Habibganj to New Delhi can be finished.
If it happens that Shatabdi will reach Delhi 12 minutes early. It takes so much time to stop the train at halts station and start again. The number of such potential halts between Delhi and Mumbai is between 12-14. The 02001 Habibganj-New Delhi Shatabdi Express leaves Habibganj at 3:00 pm every day.
The train reaches Lalitpur at 5.22 pm and leaves for New Delhi at 5.23 pm with one minute halts. After this the train reaches New Delhi station at 11.55 pm. Similarly, the New Delhi-Habibganj Shatabdi Express leaves Lalitpur station at 5:30 am every day at 11.27 am. Then after stopping for a minute, she leaves from here and arrives at Habibganj at 2.25 pm.

The stoppages of trains that run between Delhi and Mumbai are Lalitpur, Datia, Dabra, Babina, Pipariya, Banapura, Chhanra, Burhanpur, Pachora, Chalisgaon, Belapur, Doda and on the Delhi-Mumbai route from Bhopal. Uruli are mainly involved.
