On Wednesday, first-year students at Delhi University’s Faculty of Law were taken aback when they discovered that the question paper they were handed for their Law of Contract paper was identical to the one provided to the other class of students during the semester test in December last year.
Students were perplexed when they saw the question paper on Wednesday, according to Neha Khatana, a first-year LLB student who was taking the online open-book test for the first time. “We identified the material since we had seen it when reviewing prior years’ question papers. Many pupils were concerned if they had obtained the incorrect paper. “Our teachers, too, were unaware of it until we pointed it out to them. They stated that they will check into the situation,” she explained.
