Delhi Reopens, Stadium And Sports Complexes Allowed To Operate

Stadiums and sports centres can be reopened in Delhi on Monday, in accordance with a government directive given on Sunday. The COVID-19 epidemic was primarily in Delhi and on Saturday it was already slightly over 1000 active cases. Cinemas, multiplexes, dining facilities and pools will, however, continue to be closed to caution.

A Department Of Delhi Disaster Management Authority lock-down order indicated that stadiums and sports centers may operate on Monday without attendees. The DDMA Order further specified that the National Capital should stay forbidden for economic or cultural gathering, auditorium, school, school, school, spa, amusement park.
