Stadiums and sports centres can be reopened in Delhi on Monday, in accordance with a government directive given on Sunday. The COVID-19 epidemic was primarily in Delhi and on Saturday it was already slightly over 1000 active cases. A Department Of Delhi Disaster Management Authority lock-down order indicated that stadiums and sports centers may operate on Monday without attendees.
