The India Meteorological Department (IMD) releases a new weather update on Tuesday that predicts the development of monsoon in remaining areas of Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and Delhi by 10 July. Because of these circumstances, dispersed across the Madhya Pradesh, Vidarbha, Chhattisgarh from 8 July are predicted to cause broad rainfall with occasional heavy rains. On Vidarbha and Chhattisgarh on 8 July is very likely to be very heavy isolated rainfall.
According to the department, the rainfall throughout Northwestern India is very probable from July 9 on and the isolated severe pluvial rainfall is most likely in Uttarakhand from July 8. The rainfall is also very likely over Himachal Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh from July 9.
