On the seventh day of the security forces operation against terrorists in the dense woodlands between Mendhar-Dehra Ki Gali-Thanamandi and Bhimber Gali in the border districts of Poonch and Rajouri, three people were caught at Bhatta Durian, including a 45-year-old mother and her son.
According to authorities, the three people seized for questioning are accused of providing logistical support to militants who are believed to have arrived from Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) two and a half months ago. Zarina Akhter and her 19-year-old son Shafait have been identified as the woman and her son, respectively.
