New Delhi: The allegation of former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh (former Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh) accruing Rs 100 crore every month has been termed as serious by the Supreme Court.  On Thursday, the Bombay High Court ordered the CBI inquiry, what is wrong in it, should such cases not be investigated by an independent investigating agency.  The court refused to restrain or interfere in the investigation, saying that the CBI probe against Anil Deshmukh would continue. Earlier, during the hearing in the Supreme Court, senior advocate Kapil Sibal, appearing on behalf of Deshmukh and the Maharashtra government,  Senior Advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi also strongly advocated.  Sibal argued that an inquiry was ordered based on oral allegations.  Where is the evidence in this case.
The case was heard in front of the bench of Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Justice Hemant Gupta.  The Supreme Court said, we are not willing to interfere in this matter.  The court said that this is a matter of public trust. The investigation of the incidents by independent agency is necessary.  The Supreme Court made it clear that there are big figures involved in the allegations and the nature of the allegations is serious.  Therefore, an independent inquiry is necessary and both the petitions are dismissed.
