Former Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has been served with a legal notice by Maharashtra Minister Nawab Malik’s son-in-law Sameer Khan for making “defamatory” and “false claims” against him.
Sameer Khan also claimed Rs. 5 crores for “mental suffering, agony, and financial loss,” according to a copy of the legal notification shared on Twitter by Nawab Malik. On November 1, Mr. Fadnavis accused Sameer Khan of “possessing drugs” while the case was still being investigated. On Monday, the investigation into a drug case involving Sameer Khan was reopened.
