The State government has relieved a few restrictions foisted to prevent the spread of coronavirus disease in Bihar. After reviewing the situation, the chief minister of Bihar tweeted, all government and non-government offices can open normally and vaccinated people will be allowed to enter the offices.
The government also permitted all universities, colleges, technical educational institutions, government training institutes are allowed to open with 50 per cent attendance of students. The CM also allowed the opening of schools for the students of Class 11 and Class 12 with 50 per cent attendance of students.
The state government also allowed the restaurants and food shops to operate with 50 per cent seating capacity while adhering to necessary Covid appropriate behaviour.
Previously, on May 5, declared lockdown due to the massive break out of the Covid-19 pandemic. The government has been lifting the Covid-induced curbs gradually, like the other states.
