The second wave of Corona in India is uncontrollable.  The situation is getting worse day by day. 

 Everyday the number of corona patients is reaching beyond three and a half lakhs.  The contribution of the Indian Army and the Armed Forces is also proving to be important in dealing with the Corona epidemic. 

 Prime Minister Narendra Modi is constantly meeting with the Chiefs of the Army and the Armed Forces, in this episode, on Thursday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi met Army Chief Manoj Narwane and discussed in detail the help and preparedness being provided by the Army against the epidemic. 

 General MM Narwane told the Prime Minister that Army medical staff are serving in different states.  Also, temporary military hospitals have been opened in the states.

 Army medical staff working in hospitals The army chief also informed PM Modi about the help provided by the army in the management of oxygen tankers and vehicles.  Let me tell you that in the past, CDS General Bipin Rawat and PM Modi reviewed the preparations and operations being done by the armed forces to deal with the corona epidemic.  

After meeting the PM, Bipin Rawat had told that all the medical staff retired in the last two years will serve in the Corona centers near their homes.  Also, all medical officers posted in the same headquarters of the Navy and Air Force will be posted in the nearby hospitals.

 Significantly, on Thursday, there have been recorded cases of corona virus infection in the country so far.  3,79,257 new cases have been reported.  With this, the total infection cases in the country have increased to 1,83,76,524.  While the death figures are also blown up.
