For the first time since the coronavirus epidemic broke out last year, Mumbai did not have any Covid deaths in 24 hours. Today, 367 instances of the illness were reported in the country’s financial capital, which is one of the worst-affected towns in the pandemic.
In the metropolis, which now has 5,030 active cases, the positive rate has dropped to 1.27 percent. The city has a 97 percent recovery rate. According to officials, almost 28,600 tests were conducted across the city in the last 24 hours. Even though there are no active containment zones in the city, 50 buildings are still locked.
