The icy wind is blowing in Delhi.  A day earlier, Delhi’s temperature reached 3 degrees Celsius.  Even today, winter will continue in Delhi.  On the other hand, from Kashmir to Uttarakhand-Himachal, snow has frozen the areas.  Cold wave continues to wreak havoc in the plains due to heavy snowfall.  All the cities of North India are also facing record breaking winter in December.
There was a slight increase in temperature on Wednesday, but the mercury may go down again in the next few days.  Areas adjacent to Delhi are also vulnerable to cold winds.  Fog is also seen in the morning.  Fog continues to wreak havoc in Himachal and Punjab.  The temperature has reached 1 degree amidst dense fog in Mount Abu, Rajasthan.  At the same time, in Madhya Pradesh, the cold winds have made people suffer.
This cold weather of North India has happened due to the cold winds coming from the mountains.  After the fresh snowfall, the temperature in Gulmarg in Kashmir has reached minus 12 degrees.  At the same time, Himachal is also getting cold.  It was recorded at minus 7 degrees in the Kullu Valley.
