A high-speed truck overturned uncontrollably at Mughalroad near Moukhas village in Kanpur countryside, killing six people, including three women on the truck, while seriously injuring 15 people. Police arrived at the notice of the accident and sent the injured to Pukhriyaan CHC. Where the eight injured were referred to the district hospital after the condition became critical. The laborers hailing from different villages of Hamirpur and Ghatampur were going to Sirsa Ganj by a potato-digging truck. The truck overturned along the Mughal road near Mau Khas village. Two dozen workers in the truck were seriously injured in the accident. As soon as the accident happened, there was a scream. As soon as the information was received, Bhognipur police reached the spot and sent all the injured to Pukhrani CHC. The doctors present at the CHC declared Pinky (45), Chandavati (14), Ramesh (45), Suraj (5), Komal (9) and Radha (42) dead. Lalaram, Sumitra, Ranjan Devi, Vimala Devi, Shivlal, Sajan and Shiv Pyari were referred to the district hospital after the condition became critical. SP Keshav Kumar Chaudhary reached CHC Pukhriya soon after receiving the information of the accident and took information about the incident from the injured.
