All 30 Sensex stocks were seen trading in positive territory with IndusInd Bank emerging as a the top gainer, up 6.21 per cent, followed by Axis Bank, HDFC, RIL, SBI
Domestic equity market standards BSE Sensex and Nifty 50 index opened at 3.5 percent higher on Friday. Following gains in Asian markets following Wall Street’s lead overnight. The 30-share Sensex got raised by 1,058 points or 3.46 per cent to trade at 31,661, while the broader Nifty 50 managed to retrieve the crucial 9,300-mark.
All 30 Sensex stocks were trading in gaining regions with IndusInd Bank as the top gainer, up 6.21 per cent, followed by Axis Bank, HDFC, RIL, SBI. All the Nifty sectoral guiding were trading higher in Friday’s trade. Nifty Bank, Nifty Financial Services, Nifty Private Bank and Nifty Realty indices were up in the range of 4.25-4.86 per cent.
On Nifty 50 index, a total number of 49 stocks were trading in green while just one was in red. IndusInd Bank, HDFC, Axis Bank, Bajaj Finance and ICICI Bank were top Nifty 50 gainers while Nestle India was the only loser on the segment.
