Prime Minister Narendra Modi has claimed that the BJP’s success in four of the five states that held assembly elections on Thursday indicated people’s trust in the current party pro-poor strategy and administration ideology, as well as an unambiguous condemnation of casteism and dynastic politics.

He further stated that, much as analysts thought that the Bharatiya Janata Party’s success in Uttar Pradesh in 2017 cleared the way for the party’s win in 2019, he was confident that the outcomes of the 2022 polls will be considered as paving the way for victory in 2024.
On Thursday, he spoke to BJP members at the party’s headquarters after the party was re-elected in all four states — Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Manipur, and Goa.
