Morning 7.15 AM
Special Morning session with physical and breathing exercises, forgiveness, Mantra Chanting, Group Healing, Planetary Peace Mediation and Blessings in English.
Duration: 1 Hour

Afternoon: 1 PM
Breathing Techniques, Forgiveness and Great Invocation with Blessings in English.
Duration: 30 min

Evening 6.30 PM
Physical Exercises Breathing Practice
Metta Meditation, Group Healing, Blessings in English and Hindi
Duration: 45 min

Please make use of this Valuable Group sessions, ask as many people to join these Live sessions as possible who you really care or love to improve the immune system.

With a Target to strengthen the immune system of people and raise the consciousness, our Grand Mentor and Founder of Yoga Prana Vidya System Shri N J Reddy, veteran Wg Cdr Indian Air Force has decided to come online daily and practice with ALL of us.
