The effect of increasing prices of petrol and diesel in the country is now visible on public transport too. Auto and taxis have increased fares in the Mumbai metropolitan area. Auto and taxi people in Mumbai have increased the minimum fare by three rupees. The minimum fare of the auto has been increased from Rs 18 to Rs 21. While the fare of Kali Yellow Taxi has been increased from Rs 22 to Rs 25.This is the first reason Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan gave the first reason for the rising prices of petrol and diesel, low fuel production. He said that the international market has reduced the production of fuel and manufacturing countries are producing less fuel to get more profit. This has plagued consumer countries. Covid-19 is also a big reason, while Union Petroleum Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that the Carona epidemic is also the major reason for the rising rate of petrol and diesel. He said that we have to do various developmental works. For this, the central and state governments collect tax. Spending on development works will generate more jobs. The government has increased its investment and 34% more capital will be spent in this budget. He said that the expenditure of the state government will also increase. This is why we need this tax, but balance is also needed. He said that the Finance Minister can find some way.
