The lakhs of central government officials look forward to a declaration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Dearness Allowance (DA) rise at the Centre. And there is surely some positive news. Previously, the final decision on the DA rise for Central Government staff was expected on Saturday (27 June), however no notification was issued on Saturday.
But the meeting was really well and Cabinet Secretary Rajiv Gauba was listening to everybody’s comments at a meeting scheduled for discussions over the increase in Central Government staff members in DA.
Prime Minister Modi and the Union Cabinet are now addressing the requests of central government staff.
