West Bengal: Minister Zakir Hussain was attacked by a bomb while catching a train, CID will investigate the case

Minister Zakir Hussain has been seriously injured in a bomb attack by unknown assailants at Nimitta railway station in Murshidabad district of West Bengal. Police said that at least two other people present with the minister were also injured in the attack. Now according to sources, the West Bengal CID has taken over the investigation into the matter.Explaining the condition of the minister, Superintendent of Murshidabad Medical College Amiya Kumar Bera said that Zakir Hussain’s condition is stable and now he is out of danger. He suffered injuries in one arm and one leg. The minister has been shifted to Kolkata.Railway Minister Piyush Goyal has condemned the attack. Piyush Goyal said that ‘I condemn the dastardly bomb attack on Nimitta railway station in West Bengal. I pray for the speedy recovery of those who were injured in this attack.Let me tell you that a few days ago in West Bengal, BJP leader Babu Master was attacked. His car was also attacked by a bomb. 10-12 miscreants surrounded his car and opened fire. At that time Babu was coming to Kolkata from Master Basirhat. He was badly injured in this attack. Babu Master was admitted to Apollo Hospital in an injured condition.
