Budget session: Rajya Sabha proceedings continue, BSP MP said – all three laws should be repealed

In both houses of Parliament, there was a fierce debate on Thursday between the power and opposition about the peasant movement. Congress MP Deepinder Singh Hooda said that it is the farmers who make India self-sufficient in the food supply and due to the protests they are being labeled as ‘terrorists’ and ‘anti-nationals’. RJD’s Manoj Kumar Jha said the government had lost patience to listen and portrayed any criticism as anti-national. Even today, the peasant movement is expected to dominate both the houses of Parliament.Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut said why the government is trying to break the solidarity of the movement. When the peasants fought the Mughals, fought the British and were distributing langars in the Corona era, it was patriotic. Now when fighting for his rights, he became Khalistani.The BSP MP said that it is wrong to impose laws on farmers. There are many flaws in agricultural laws. Why don’t you put MSP into law? It is not right to impose laws. All three agricultural laws should be withdrawn. The incident of 26 January is condemnable. Action should be taken against those who insult the tricolor. Unemployment is increasing continuously in the country.
The BJP has issued a three-line whip to its Rajya Sabha MPs to be present in the House from February 8 to February 12 to support the government’s stand.
