Coronavirus India: 12,408 new patients, 120 people lost their lives in last 24 hours

The daily cases of corona virus in the country continue to rise and fall. There have been 12,408 new cases of corona virus infection in the last 24 hours, while 120 patients have succumbed to this dangerous virus. There has been a slight drop in cases on Friday as compared to Thursday.
According to the latest data released by the Union Health Ministry, 12,408 new daily cases of corona were reported in the last 24 hours, after which the total number of infected patients has crossed 1.08 crore. Now the total number of patients infected with Covid-19 in the country has increased to 1,08,02,591.
Talking about the statistics of the Health Ministry, 120 people have lost their lives in the last 24 hours, after which the number of patients who died from Covid-19 in the country has increased to 1,54,823. The number of patients recovering daily is higher than the number of daily infected patients, due to which there is a steady decline in active cases.
In the last 24 hours, 15,853 people in the country have returned home after defeating the virus. Due to the increase in the number of healthy patients daily, active cases of Covid-19 are continuously falling. Currently, the number of active corona cases in the country has gone up to 1,51,460, the treatment of these people continues in the hospital.
Talking about the vaccination campaign, 49,59,445 people have been vaccinated by the Corona virus so far in the country. The vaccination campaign started in the country from 16 January and so far about 50 lakh people have been vaccinated. 1,239 private hospitals and 5,912 government hospitals are being used to vaccinate health and frontline workers across the country.
