Opposition parties regarding Bihar law and order as well as BJP leaders in the NDA government are also attacking Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. When the BJP MLA raised the demand for adopting the Yogi model to curb criminals in Bihar, the JDU said that only the Nitish model will work in Bihar. Talks have been drawn between JDU and BJP leaders over the Yogi model versus Nitish model. Political turmoil has occurred in Bihar’s politics after the assassination of Indigo Airlines station head Rupesh Kumar Singh in the evening. Along with opposition parties, BJP leaders in the NDA government are also attacking Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. When the BJP MLA raised the demand for adopting the Yogi model to curb criminals in Bihar, the JDU said that only the Nitish model will work in Bihar. The way Yogi model vs Nitish model has been drawn between JDU and BJP leaders. In such a situation, the question arises that what will be the political agenda of Nitish-led NDA government in Bihar?

Please tell that 42 year old Indigo manager Rupesh Kumar Singh was working at Patna Airport. On Tuesday, two bike-ridden criminals killed him in front of his house by firing them. In the capital’s high profile area, the politics of Bihar has been heated due to the murder. On the one hand, the opposition has opened a front against the Nitish government on the law and order and on the other hand BJP and JDU leaders have come face to face.
BJP’s Chhattisgarh co-in-charge and Bihar Bankipur MLA Nitin Naveen has suggested to the government in Bihar to implement Yogi Adityanath’s encounter model of crime control in Uttar Pradesh. He has said that the law and order situation in Bihar is getting worse day by day, which is a big challenge for the Nitish government. The Bihar government should seriously consider this and the state should also adopt the Yogi model against criminals on the lines of UP. From BJP Rajya Sabha member Vivek Thakur to Chhapra BJP MP Rajiv Pratap Rudy, all BJP leaders have questioned the functioning of Bihar Police.
On the statement made by many leaders including BJP MLA Nitin Naveen to question the law and order in Bihar and adopting UP’s Yogi model here, JDU has said that crime will be controlled only by Nitish model in Bihar. JDU’s chief spokesperson Sanjay Kumar objected to the BJP MLA’s statement that Bihar has Nitish Kumar’s government and law and order is under control. With the development of Bihar under the Nitish model, the rule of law has also been established. Nitish government does not need a certificate from anyone on law and order.
Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav said that if the department is not handling Nitish Kumar, then give it to someone else. Anyway, he did not have the desire to become CM, so why are he forcibly made. Talking about other recent big cases with Rupesh murder, Tejashwi has alleged that the demon raj in Bihar has said that Bihar is not able to handle the ‘C grade party’s compassionate chief minister’ Nitish Kumar, so he should resign immediately. He also demanded an impartial inquiry into the entire matter, saying that usually the opposition raises questions, but it is ridiculous that Bijpi is also raising questions, which is in the government itself.
The way swords have been pulled together in the BJP and JDU over the law and order of Bihar. Home department is with Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. Because of this, BJP continues to question the functioning of the police even after being an ally in power.

Actually, JDU seats have come down from BJP this time in Bihar assembly elections. BJP has got 74 seats while JDU has got 43 seats. It has been two months since the Nitish government was formed in Bihar, but so far neither the cabinet has been expanded nor the Legislative Council seats have been agreed. The reason behind this is that the BJP is asking for more ministerial posts in the cabinet, but Nitish is not ready to agree on this. Not only this, BJP being a big party in Bihar wants to interfere in the government according to its own, but JDU is insisting on its own.
