NCSC Deems Sameer Wankhede’s Caste Certificates Original; Onus Now On Nawab Malik

The National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) has ruled that Nawab Malik’s caste certificates are original after reviewing the documents given by NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede.

This comes after NCSC Vice-Chairman Arun Haldar threatened to take action against Nawab Malik if his charges against Sameer Wankhede are proven false in an exclusive interview with Republic Media Network on Saturday. Sameer Wankhede had paid Arun Haldar a courtesy visit just a few moments before. The NCSC resolved to investigate the case on Friday, using the powers granted to it by the Indian Constitution.
