Andhra Pradesh has set a new record by administering over a million doses of COVID-19 vaccine till 3.30 pm today.
A total of 10,42,233 vaccines were administered to people across the state by 3.30 pm.
In the process, the State also crossed the one-crore mark in the administration of the first dose of the vaccine.
The number was expected to go up further as the vaccination drive was open till late evening in some parts of the state.
The special vaccination drive was undertaken by the state health department on the orders of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy.
