The farmer’s union decided to protest on june 5th against the legislations which were initialized as ordinances last year. The farmer’s union or the samyukta kisan morcha said that they will observe “sampoorna kranti diwas” by burning copies of farmer legislations outside the offices and homes of leaders of BJP and its allies.
“On june 5 last year, the three anti-farmer and anti-people agricultural laws were bought by the central government as ordinances. There has been a massive protest against these agricultural laws and movement is going on for more than six months at Delhi’s borders,” the morcha said in a statement.
“The SKM has decided that on june 5 , “sampoorna kranti diwas” will be observed all over the country . We appeal to citizens to burn the copies of the three agricultural laws in front of offices of BJP MPs,MLAs and representatives and make it a mass movement and force the government to repeal the farm laws”, the umbrella body of the protesting farmers unions added.
