The new E-filling portal of the Income Tax Department to be launched on 7th June,2021. The new portal is integrated with immediate response of IT Returns for quick refund. There will be a single dashboard for all the interactions, uploads ore pending actions to be displayed. It also has a free of cost software for filing IT Returns for even the people who have no knowledge regarding it.
FAQs, tutorials, live chat box agent for immediate response to queries. All key desktop features to be available on mobile app which will be enabled subsequently for full anytime access on mobile network. New online payment options like UPI, Net banking, NEFT/RTGS from any account of the tax payer from any bank will be enabled.
The existing portal will be non- functional in order for preparation and migration activities for all the tax payers and external stake holders like banks, MCA, CBIC, etc.
