The 6-year-old innocent Kiya was wearing a fancy dress on Diwali night. The girl was burnt by sixty percent in the accident. He was undergoing initial treatment in a private hospital. But the condition of the girl was only getting worse. The girl was to be shifted to Delhi by air ambulance earlier in the day, but the girl died during treatment before shifting.
