Covid-19 cases in India have increased to 3,374 in India, according to Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. According to the ministry, the total death toll has climbed  to 77 while 267 people have recovered/discharged. The active number of coronavirus cases in India is 3030.

The authorities on Saturday,  continued their search for people who had visited the Nizamuddin congregation, which   turned it  into a coronavirus hotspot. A dozen men from three mosques in Gautam Buddh Nagar were tested for coronavirus and sent to quarantine after it emerged that they might have come in contact with a COVID-19 positive man, who had attended the Tablighi Jamaat in Delhi’s Nizamuddin last month, PTI reported.

The three mosques are in the Dadri area of Greater Noida, where the coronavirus-infected man, who hails from Hardoi district in Uttar Pradesh, had stayed in the second half of March, and those have been sanitised, police said.
