A senior health officer from Punjab, on the condition of anonymity, said that it was an obvious lapse, as the man managed to travel despite being positive. He said that on Tuesday evening around 4.30 pm, we got a call from the authorities in Delhi. According to protocol, we started looking for him. At around 5.30 in the evening, he was found in a private hospital. Those who came in contact with him have been quarantined.
