28-year-old woman alleges that she was jabbed thrice in a day, Probe Ordered.

The 28-year-old woman alleges that she was given three Covid vaccine jabs in a row on a single day in Maharashtra’s Thane. 

The incident, which allegedly took place on Friday at a Vaccination centre in the city, is being investigated by the Thane Municipal Corporation. 

The woman claims that after her first dose, no one asked her to move and she was- inexplicably-given two more shots. 

The woman’s husband said she got a fever that evening and on advice of a family doctor, took medicine. Fearing complications, he approached local corporator Kavita Suresh Patil and a team came for a checkup of the woman soon. 

Thane’s civic body has denied her allegation and has claimed that the woman has not faced any problem and is in good health . 

It is not yet clear which vaccine was administered to her.
